Where it breaks

Every plan except ChiliCal Standalone is priced at enterprise scale — Routing & Scheduling alone starts at $15,000/year with 15 seats included, and there is no published entry-level or small-team tier. A business under 15 seats will still pay the full base price.

First entry in this reference. There is no previous check to compare it against.

Chili Piper closes the gap between a form fill and a booked meeting: instead of a lead submitting a form and waiting for an SDR to email back and forth on scheduling, the form routes them straight to the right rep’s open calendar slot immediately. For B2B teams where speed-to-lead is a measured metric, that immediacy is the entire product.

The pricing is built for teams already running organised inbound funnels, not small businesses dipping a toe in — both main tiers price in the thousands per month with a 15- or 30-seat floor included, so there’s no meaningful way to buy a small slice of it.

The one accessible entry point

ChiliCal Standalone, at $12/user/month, is the exception — just the scheduling-links feature without routing or AI orchestration. It still requires a 200-seat minimum, though, which puts it firmly in enterprise territory too. There is genuinely no small-team tier here.

Where it fits

If your business runs a B2B inbound funnel large enough to justify the base price, Chili Piper is a category-standard tool for eliminating scheduling friction. If you’re a smaller operation, a general scheduling tool paired with your CRM’s native routing will do most of the same job for a fraction of the cost — this isn’t priced for anyone testing the waters.
