MindStudio
A no-code builder for custom AI workers — a chatbot, a document processor, a scheduled task — that you configure with a visual flow instead of writing code, then hand to your team as a finished tool.

Where it breaks
Browser-based builder; published agents can run as a chat widget, an API, or a scheduled job.
First entry in this reference. There is no previous check to compare it against.
MindStudio’s audience is someone who has a repeatable task in mind — summarising incoming support tickets, drafting first-pass replies, extracting data from a batch of PDFs — and no engineer to build it for them. The builder is a visual flow: you wire together prompts, data sources and logic steps without writing code, then publish the result as something your team can actually use, not a prompt you have to remember to paste.
What separates this from just using ChatGPT directly is repeatability and distribution. A MindStudio “agent” is a fixed, testable workflow someone else on your team can run without knowing how it was built — closer to shipping a small internal app than having a clever conversation.
Where the free tier actually stops
Free gives you one agent and 2,500 runs, which is enough to build and validate a first workflow but not to run it as an actual daily tool. Individual removes both caps — unlimited agents, unlimited runs — for a flat monthly fee plus usage-based costs on top, which means the real monthly cost depends on how much the agents you build actually get used.
Where it fits next to the alternatives
Against Make or n8n, MindStudio is narrower and more AI-native — it’s built around prompting and language models specifically, not general API-to-API integration. Pick MindStudio when the task is fundamentally about generating or reasoning over text; pick Make when it’s about moving data between systems.
