Momentum
Listens to sales calls and turns them into CRM updates, Slack summaries and follow-up emails automatically, so reps stop doing data entry after every meeting.

Where it breaks
A separate Conversation Intelligence add-on (note-taker, video library, smart clips) costs an extra $30/user/month on top of any tier. Startups with fewer than 10 go-to-market staff get 50% off Business or Transformation.
Connects to your existing CRM and calling/meeting tools rather than replacing either; the value is in the automation between them.

The actual product Momentum sells is the fifteen minutes after a sales call that reps hate: updating the CRM, writing the follow-up email, logging what was agreed. It listens to the call, then does that work — updating fields, drafting the email, flagging action items — without anyone opening the CRM by hand.
At $69 a user, Business covers the core loop: call summaries, autopilot CRM hygiene, and follow-up drafts. Transformation, at $99, adds a coaching layer — executive briefs and AI-driven insight into what’s actually happening across a pipeline, aimed more at sales leadership than the individual rep.
The add-on worth knowing about
Conversation intelligence — a note-taker, a searchable video library of calls, smart clips — isn’t included in either self-serve tier. It’s a $30-a-user-month add-on regardless of which base plan you’re on, which matters if the reason you’re evaluating Momentum is specifically to build a searchable library of call recordings rather than just automate the paperwork.
Where it fits
Against a general meeting-notes tool like Otter or Fireflies, Momentum’s edge is depth of CRM integration — it’s built to write into Salesforce or HubSpot fields correctly, not just summarise the conversation. If your CRM hygiene problem is the actual pain, this is a narrower, more expensive, more targeted tool than a general transcription assistant.
