Where it breaks
Volume tiers go well beyond Pro, up to 250,000 pages/month at $8,499/mo, priced on a sliding scale — only a sample of the tiers is shown above. Parseur also honours a "grandfathered pricing" policy for customers on legacy plans as cheap as $9/month that are no longer sold to new customers.
Cloud-based; connects by email forwarding, upload, or API/Zapier/Make integrations — no desktop install.
First entry in this reference. There is no previous check to compare it against.
Parseur’s job is narrow and unglamorous: something arrives by email — an order confirmation, a shipping notice, a filled-out form — in a format that is not quite structured enough for your spreadsheet or your accounting software to read directly, and Parseur turns it into rows a system can actually use.
Once a mailbox or a folder is connected, extraction happens on arrival, not when someone remembers to open Parseur and run it.
How the pricing actually scales
Parseur prices by pages processed per month rather than by seat, which means the honest way to estimate cost is counting how many documents actually flow through in a typical month, not how many people need access. The free tier’s 20 pages is a genuine trial limit, not a viable ongoing plan for anything real.
Where it sits against a general automation tool
Against Make or Pipedream, Parseur is deliberately narrower: it does one extraction job very well rather than orchestrating an arbitrary workflow, and it is commonly used as one step feeding into a broader automation rather than as the automation platform itself.
