Where it breaks
The pricing page's annual-billing figures did not reconcile cleanly against its monthly figures during this check, so this entry states monthly pricing only — confirm annual discounts directly with Sybill before assuming a savings percentage.
Joins calls as a bot on Zoom, Google Meet and Microsoft Teams; no desktop install required.
First entry in this reference. There is no previous check to compare it against.
Most call-recording tools stop at “here is what was said.” Sybill’s distinguishing claim is reading what was not said out loud — hesitation, tone shifts, the moment a buyer’s engagement visibly drops on video — and folding that into the summary alongside the transcript. Whether that read is reliable enough to act on is a judgment call for the rep, not something the tool proves to you; treat it as a second opinion, not a verdict.
What it does with the read
The practical output is a CRM update and a drafted follow-up email that reflects both what the buyer said and how they seemed to react to it — softer language after a moment of visible hesitation, more direct language after clear enthusiasm. On the Business tier, it writes directly into CRM fields rather than leaving a rep to transcribe the summary into Salesforce or HubSpot by hand, which is the step most reps actually skip when they’re busy.
Where the free tier runs out
Free caps at 20 AI summaries a month, which a rep doing four or five calls a day will burn through inside the first week. Pro removes that cap; Business is the tier that actually changes a rep’s day-to-day workflow by writing into the CRM instead of just summarising near it.
Against a plain transcription tool, the pitch here is coaching signal, not just record-keeping — useful if a sales manager wants to know which calls are going cold before the buyer says so directly, and unnecessary if all you need is an accurate transcript.
