Synthflow
Build a voice agent with no code that answers inbound calls or makes outbound ones on a business's behalf.
What it costs
| Tier | Price | For | Includes |
|---|---|---|---|
| Enterprise | Starting at $30,000/year | The only published tier; final pricing is scoped to call volume, concurrency, telephony and integrations. | Enterprise SLA, native telephony or SIP trunking, custom routing and escalation logic, CRM/calendar/webhook integrations, onboarding and launch support. |

Where it breaks
The pricing page publishes only the Enterprise tier and its $30,000/year starting figure — no self-serve Starter or Growth plan is shown, despite the homepage advertising a free trial.
Browser dashboard. A free trial with template agents is offered before any contract is signed.

Synthflow builds voice agents that hold a full phone conversation — answering an inbound call, qualifying it, booking it into a calendar, or making outbound calls on a schedule — without a script being read line by line and without a person listening in real time. The work runs unwatched, and a human reviews the transcript or outcome rather than the call itself.
The no-code framing is real. Building an agent is closer to configuring a flowchart with prompts at each branch than to writing integration code, which is why it’s landed with non-technical operations teams rather than only developers.
The pricing gap worth knowing about
The one number Synthflow actually publishes is $30,000 a year, attached to a single Enterprise tier — everything else on the pricing page routes to a custom quote scoped around call volume, telephony setup and integration needs. That is a meaningfully different starting point from most tools in this directory, and the free-trial offer on the homepage sits oddly next to it: you can build and test an agent for free, but there is no visible bridge between that trial and a self-serve paid plan.
Who this actually suits
At this price and pricing model, Synthflow reads as built for a business already running enough call volume — sales qualification, support triage, appointment booking — that a $30,000-plus annual commitment is a rounding error next to the headcount it replaces or augments. For lighter call volume, a per-minute platform like Bland AI is the more proportionate starting point.
