Where it breaks
Browser-based. A limited-time offer of $5 for the first month on premium plans was live on the pricing page at the time of this check and may not persist.
First entry in this reference. There is no previous check to compare it against.
Integrately’s whole angle is removing the building step. Instead of a blank canvas where you wire up a trigger and actions yourself the way you would in Zapier or Make, it offers a searchable library of over a million pre-built one-click automations — “when a new Shopify order comes in, add the customer to Mailchimp” already exists, ready to turn on.
That trade only pays off if your automation is common enough to already be in the library. For the standard business connections — CRMs, email tools, spreadsheets, payment processors — it genuinely is faster than building from scratch. For anything unusual, you are back to building step by step like any other automation platform, and the one-click promise stops applying.
Pricing shape versus the category
The tier structure runs on tasks per month rather than credits, which is a more literal unit than Make’s credit system — a task is one completed action, full stop. The jump from Starter to Professional roughly halves the update time from five minutes to two, which matters if you are automating anything time-sensitive like lead routing.
Against Pabbly Connect, the contrast is recurring versus lifetime: Integrately is a straightforward monthly or annual subscription, while Pabbly sells a one-time lifetime license as its differentiator. Choose Integrately if the pre-built library saves you real building time; choose a blank-canvas tool if your workflows are specific enough that a library rarely has what you need.
