Wiza

What you'd use it for
Turning a list of LinkedIn profiles — built in Wiza Prospect, uploaded as a CSV, or pulled from your CRM — into verified email addresses and phone numbers you can actually email or call.
- Turn a list of LinkedIn profile URLs, a CRM import, or a Wiza Prospect filter search into verified email addresses and phone numbers
- Check a contact's email for deliverability before you send, cutting bounce risk on a cold list
- Build a fresh prospect list from scratch inside Wiza Prospect using filters like job title, seniority, location, company size and industry
- Look up one person's contact details from their LinkedIn profile through a side panel while browsing, without leaving the page
- Push a verified list straight into HubSpot, Salesforce or another connected CRM
The verdict
Wiza does one thing well — turning a list of LinkedIn profiles, a CRM import, or a Wiza Prospect search into verified emails and phone numbers, at a level of accuracy worth the per-contact cost. The workflow it built its reputation on, one-click bulk export straight off a Sales Navigator search results page, stopped working in August 2026 when LinkedIn tightened what browser extensions can do, so you now rebuild that audience inside Wiza Prospect's own filters instead. It suits a sales or recruiting team already paying for Sales Navigator that wants verified contact data layered on top; priced per user, it adds up fast past a handful of seats.

| Email + Phone | $199/user/month | Teams that call as well as email — "those that hit the phones." | 500 valid emails/month, 500 phone numbers/month, team analytics, CRM integrations. |
| Team Plan | Custom pricing, billed annually | 3+ users wanting unlimited data and a dedicated success manager. | Unlimited valid emails and phone numbers, CRM integrations, AI Research, API access. |

What you need to start
- Chrome or Edge, if you want the browser extension -- it now works one profile at a time, not across a search page
- A LinkedIn Sales Navigator subscription only if you intend to prospect inside Sales Navigator; Wiza Prospect, a CSV upload and a CRM import all work without one
A few minutes to sign up and install the Chrome extension, with no credit card required; how long it takes to get a usable list after that depends on its size, since bulk export direct from a Sales Navigator search stopped working in August 2026 and lists are now rebuilt inside Wiza Prospect's own filters.
Your first run The first real result is a small list of verified emails and phone numbers, built by uploading LinkedIn profile URLs, importing from a connected CRM, or running a filtered search inside Wiza Prospect, ready to download as a CSV within minutes of installing the extension. A single click that exports an entire Sales Navigator search page — the workflow this tool is best known for — stopped working when LinkedIn tightened extension access in August 2026.
Where it breaks
Individual plans also offer an annual-billing option with unlimited credits at a discount (e.g. the Email tier at $83/month billed at $990/year, or Email+Phone at $166/month billed at $1,990/year) — cheaper than the per-month figures above if you commit yearly.
Runs as a web app plus a browser extension. Wiza's own help centre records the change: bulk export and multi-select from LinkedIn, Sales Navigator and Recruiter search, list and company pages were removed after LinkedIn tightened what third-party extensions may do. The extension still resolves one person or company profile at a time through a side panel; volume work moved into Wiza Prospect, CSV upload and CRM import.

When not to use it
Anyone wanting a single click from a Sales Navigator search to a finished CSV should look elsewhere — that specific workflow stopped working in August 2026, and building the equivalent list now happens through Wiza Prospect's own filters instead. Buyers uncomfortable taking on GDPR-style compliance obligations should also stay away, since the contacts in an exported list never gave you their details directly and the burden of a lawful basis to reach out sits with the buyer, not with Wiza. Unused credits are lost at the end of every billing cycle with no rollover and no refund, whether or not you go on to cancel.
The specific problem Wiza solves is the gap between “I know who I want to reach” and “I have a usable list to actually email or call them.” You bring the people — from Wiza’s own 850-million-record search, a CSV, or your CRM — and Wiza returns verified emails and phone numbers rather than raw profile data you would have to enrich yourself.
The workflow it was famous for is gone
Wiza’s reputation was built on one click: run a Sales Navigator search, hit export, get a CSV. That is no longer how it works. Wiza’s own help centre states that bulk export and multi-select were removed from LinkedIn, Sales Navigator and Recruiter search, list and company pages after LinkedIn tightened what third-party extensions are allowed to do, and that lists are now built through Wiza Prospect, CSV upload or CRM import instead. The extension survives as a side panel for looking up one person or company at a time.
If you are evaluating Wiza against a review or a recommendation more than a few months old, this is the sentence that invalidates it. The data-quality argument still stands. The one-click argument does not, and the restriction came from LinkedIn rather than from Wiza, so check the same thing before believing any competitor’s export claim.
Verification is the part that matters for deliverability — a list of guessed or unverified addresses bounces and damages your sender reputation, while a list Wiza has actually confirmed is worth the per-contact cost. The tier structure reflects that: Starter is email-only at a lower volume, the Email tier scales that up, and Email + Phone adds verified phone numbers for teams that call as well as email — noticeably more expensive, since phone verification is the harder data to get right.
This is a sales-team and recruiting tool specifically, priced per user in a way that adds up for larger teams; the annual-billing discount is worth checking against monthly if usage is predictable.
It sits upstream of a CRM rather than replacing one — the output is a list you import somewhere else to actually run outreach from.
