Airparser
Watches an inbox or a folder of PDFs and pulls structured fields out automatically, sending the results wherever you tell it to.
What you'd use it for
Getting the fields off a recurring document — an invoice, a resume, an order confirmation — into a spreadsheet or workflow without anyone opening the file by hand.
- Forward an inbox of invoices, resumes or order emails and have the fields extracted automatically as they arrive
- Hold any document below a confidence threshold for a person to check before the data reaches your systems, at no extra credit cost
- Reformat, validate or clean up extracted fields with Python or a plain-language description, on every plan
- Read scanned and handwritten documents, not just typed text, in 60+ languages
- Push parsed results straight into Google Sheets, Airtable, Excel, or onward through Make, n8n or Zapier
The verdict
Airparser is a fast, honest way to turn a document type you already receive into structured fields piped straight into a spreadsheet or workflow, with human review built into every plan so a low-confidence extraction doesn't silently overwrite good data. What it costs in practice depends less on the plan price than on page count — a Starter plan's 100 credits can disappear inside a few dozen multi-page invoices — so the number worth testing before committing is documents-per-month times pages-per-document, not the headline tier. It suits a business that already has a defined, repeating document type and somewhere for the data to land, rather than one still figuring out what to extract.
What it costs
| Tier | Price | For | Includes |
|---|---|---|---|
| Starter | $33/month billed annually, or $39/month billed monthly | A small business automating its first document-parsing workflow. | 100 credits a month, post-processing, webhooks and integrations. |
| Growth | $49/month billed annually, or $59/month billed monthly | More volume than Starter covers without a workflow redesign. | 500 credits a month, the same post-processing and integration access. |
| Business | $149/month billed annually, or $179/month billed monthly (the vendor's most popular) | A business running parsing across multiple document types or teams. | 2,000 credits a month, unlimited team members, API access, webhooks and integrations. |
| Premium | $249/month billed annually, or $299/month billed monthly | High-volume document processing operations. | 5,000 credits a month, the same team, API and integration access as Business. |

What you need to start
- A credit card once you move past the free plan and its 20 credits a month -- every paid tier runs through Stripe
- A credit budget sized to pages, not documents — one credit is spent per PDF page, email or image, so a stack of multi-page invoices burns through a plan faster than the credit count suggests
A working free account takes minutes with no credit card; most people are parsing a real document inside five minutes of describing the fields they want.
Your first run A free account needs no credit card and comes with 20 credits a month; describe the fields you want in plain language and most people are parsing a real document within five minutes, with no template or training set to build first.
Where it breaks
Credits do not roll over. Whatever is unused expires at the end of each billing period and the account is topped up afresh, so a quiet month cannot subsidise a busy one. Nor can you simply buy more when you run out -- Airparser does not sell top-up credits, and its stated remedy is to renew the current plan early, which restarts the billing period and gives you another full allowance for the next thirty days. Run out mid-month and documents keep arriving; they just are not parsed until you do one of those things. The annual discount is about 17%, which the vendor describes as two months free.
Cloud service that watches an email inbox or receives files via API/webhook; connects onward to Zapier, Make, n8n, Google Sheets, Airtable and Excel.

When not to use it
Not for a business that wants the tool itself to hold the records — it hands data onward and isn't built to be the system of record. And not for anyone parsing long, multi-page contracts or reports at volume on a low tier, since the credit cost is per page and dense documents burn through Starter or Growth far faster than the single-page examples in the pricing imply.
The task Airparser automates is one almost every small business does badly by hand: an invoice, a resume, or a shipping confirmation lands in an inbox as a PDF or an email, and someone has to open it, read it, and type the relevant fields into a spreadsheet or a system of record. Airparser watches the inbox instead, extracts the fields with AI, and pushes the result onward without anyone opening the file.
Once a schema is set up — what fields to pull from an invoice, say — it runs on every new email or upload without a person triggering it each time.
Where the output goes
Airparser doesn’t try to be the destination for the data it extracts. It hands parsed results to Airtable, Google Sheets, Excel, or onward into Make, n8n or Zapier — the extraction is the whole job, and it’s built to be one link in a longer chain rather than the place records live.
What it costs in practice
Credits, not documents parsed, are the real unit — 100 credits a month on Starter sounds generous until a batch of multi-page PDFs eats through it faster than a single-page invoice would. The honest way to size this is to run a real week’s worth of documents through the free plan before picking a tier, rather than estimating from the credit numbers alone.
