Fibery
Connects product, sales and support records into one flexible workspace, with AI summarising what's happening across them.
What you'd use it for
Holding a product team's roadmap, bugs and customer feedback in one connected workspace instead of stitching together three or four separate tools.
- Track feature requests, bugs and customer feedback as linked records so a bug can point back to the request and the customer that raised it
- Switch between 12 view types (table, board, Gantt, calendar, timeline and more) over the same underlying data
- Describe a data structure to the built-in AI assistant in plain language and have it build the databases and fields for you
- Ask for a summary of what has changed across a project, or what a cluster of customer feedback is actually saying
- Connect to 25+ tools including Notion, Airtable, Jira, Linear, Slack and Figma, or build a custom connector
The verdict
Fibery earns its place once a team is running product work, bugs and customer feedback across three or four disconnected tools and wants the relationships between them to survive. The AI layer is a genuine convenience for summarising what a workspace is saying, not the reason to buy it. The real cost is time — the relational model takes longer to learn than Airtable's tables or Notion's documents, and the tier most teams actually need (unlimited databases) starts at Standard, not Free.
What it costs
| Tier | Price | For | Includes |
|---|---|---|---|
| Free | $0 | A small team trying the workspace before committing. | Up to 10 users, 10 databases, unlimited entities, collaborative docs, formulas, automations, and AI. |
| Standard | $12/user/month billed annually (20% discount vs. monthly) | A growing team that has outgrown the database limit. | Everything in Free, plus unlimited databases, AI, charts, whiteboards, human support. |
| Pro | $20/user/month billed annually | A team building its own custom apps on top of the platform. | Everything in Standard, plus more AI usage, custom apps, advanced permissions, JavaScript automations, unlimited version history. |
| Enterprise | $40/user/month billed annually | Larger organisations needing security and data residency controls. | Everything in Pro, plus unlimited automations and integrations, SAML SSO, SCIM, regional data residency, dedicated customer success manager. |

What you need to start
- A work email to sign up; no credit card needed for the free plan
Minutes to sign up and load a starter template; longer if you're modelling your own database structure rather than adapting a template.
Your first run Sign up, pick a template for your kind of work (product management, software development, agency, startup), and get a populated starting workspace in minutes; shaping it into your own structure takes longer.
Where it breaks
Fibery offers 6 months free on Pro for startups under 42 employees, and full discounts for non-profits, education, Ukrainian organisations and open-source projects — worth checking eligibility before paying list price.
Browser-based; the vendor's primary domain has migrated from fibery.io to fibery.com (fibery.io now redirects), so links found elsewhere may point to either.

When not to use it
A team that wants to open a blank canvas and be productive within the hour should look elsewhere — the relational model has a real learning curve. Solo operators and very small teams get the same value from Airtable or Notion at a lower setup cost, since Fibery's advantage only shows up once you have enough linked record types to make the relationships worth building.
Fibery’s pitch is that most small product teams end up running three or four separate tools — one for roadmap, one for bugs, one for customer feedback, one for docs — and losing the connections between them. It’s a flexible database-and-document workspace built to hold all of that in one place, with relationships between records (this feature request links to these bugs and this customer) that a set of separate tools can’t easily give you.
Where the AI sits
AI is available from the Free tier onward, primarily as a summarisation layer across connected records — surfacing what’s changed across a project or what a cluster of customer feedback is actually saying, rather than being the primary reason to use the tool. The core value is still the flexible relational structure; AI is an accelerant on top of it.
Standard vs. Pro
The unlimited-databases jump from Free to Standard is the meaningful upgrade for most small teams. Pro’s custom apps and JavaScript automations matter mainly to teams wanting to build genuinely custom internal tools on the platform rather than just organise records — a smaller audience, and worth skipping unless you already know you need it.
Against Airtable or Notion, Fibery sits closer to a lightweight internal tool builder than either — more structured than Notion’s documents, more relationship-aware than Airtable’s tables — at the cost of a steeper learning curve for a team used to either of those.
Alternatives
Airtable
A database that looks like a spreadsheet, with an API, forms, views and AI fields on top — the place most small businesses end up keeping the records an automation needs to read and write.
Notion
Docs, wikis and databases in one workspace, with AI that can write inside a page and answer questions across everything the workspace holds.
ClickUp
Tasks, docs, goals and dashboards in one workspace, with an AI layer that summarises, writes and answers questions across everything you have stored in it.
Baserow
An open-source, self-hostable database with a spreadsheet-like interface and AI fields that classify or summarise rows for you automatically.
