What you'd use it for

Skipping the blank-page problem at the start of a Webflow, Figma or React site build by turning a short written brief into a full sitemap and wireframe set.

  • Generate a full site sitemap from a short written brief in under a minute
  • Turn each page of the sitemap into a wireframe with real placeholder copy, not empty boxes
  • Generate several sitemap variations from the same brief to compare directions before committing
  • Export the finished wireframes into Webflow client-first classes, Figma with variables and variants, or React with Tailwind and shadcn
  • Publish the generated site directly on free relume.live hosting without exporting anywhere

The verdict

Relume is a fast, credible way to skip the blank page at the start of a Webflow, Figma or React build, turning a short brief into a full sitemap and wireframe set in minutes with export formats native enough to keep working from there. What it hands back is a plausible starting structure rather than a finished site — the generated copy, layout and components are drawn from a shared library and still need a real design pass before anything goes in front of a client. It suits people already building in Webflow, Figma or React who want the planning stage automated, and does less for anyone not heading into one of those tools next.

What you need to start

  • A free Relume account, no credit card needed for the Free tier
  • A Webflow, Figma or React project to export the wireframes into, unless publishing straight to relume.live

A few minutes to a free account and a first generated sitemap; a full wireframe set for every page follows within minutes, but turning the export into a finished, client-ready site in Webflow, Figma or React is a separate afternoon of design work.

Your first run Describe the business in a short prompt and hit generate. Relume builds the homepage first so you can check it is heading the right way, then generates the rest of the sitemap and a full set of wireframes within minutes.

Where it breaks

The pricing page redirects to relume.ai — same product, and the two product lines (AI generation vs. the component library) have separate pricing tables that are simple to conflate at a glance.

Browser-based. The AI generator (Build with Relume) and the component library (Site Builder) are billed as separate product lines, which is easy to miss reading the pricing page quickly.

When not to use it

Not for anyone expecting a finished, client-ready site straight out of the generator, since the output is a starting structure built from shared components rather than bespoke design. Also not the right tool for someone who needs a fully custom visual identity from the first page, since the component library approach means outputs draw from the same pool other Relume users are also drawing from.

The thing Relume actually generates is not a finished website — it is the step before one: a sitemap and a wireframe for every page, produced from a short description of the business, that you then hand to Webflow, React or Figma to actually design. It has become close to a default in the Webflow ecosystem specifically because it removes the blank-page problem at the start of a build without pretending AI can finish the job unsupervised.

Worth noticing on the pricing page: Relume actually sells two separate things under one brand. “Build with Relume” is the AI sitemap-and-wireframe generator. “Site Builder” is a large pre-built component library you can use on its own, with no AI step, if what you need is off-the-shelf sections rather than a generated structure. They have separate free tiers and separate paid tiers, and reading the page quickly makes it easy to price the wrong one.

What actually changes between tiers

  • AI usage volume, not feature access — Free and Pro use the same generator, Pro just allows more of it, and usage is upgradeable beyond the base allowance if needed.
  • Page views scale with tier on the AI product — 1,500 on Free versus 6,000+ on Pro — which matters once a generated site actually starts getting traffic.
  • Site Builder’s tiers scale by component storage and private users, a completely different axis from the AI product’s page-view limits.

Where it fits

Relume is the fast start for a Webflow build, not the whole toolchain — pair it with a designer’s actual pass, or your own eye, for anything client-facing. It removes the empty canvas; it does not remove the judgment call about whether the generated structure is actually right for the business.
